Attendance Policy

Appointments cancelled without 24 hour notice may be subject to a $35.00 late cancelation/no show fee.

We have a long waiting list of individuals needing appointments, therefore,
if you miss 2 or more appointments without at least 24 hours notice,
any future appointments you have may be cancelled.  You may ask to be added to our short notice list. 

We understand emergencies do happen and we will make exceptions when applicable.
