Monday – Thursday: 8am – 12pm and 1pm – 5pm

Friday: 8am – 12pm

*If you are in an emergency and need immediate assistance please call 911, go to the Emergency Room, or contact Crisis at 800-704-2651.

There is a $35.00 fee for any missed appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice.  Those who have had 2 or more missed appointments, without at least 24 hours notice, may result in the cancelation of future appointments.
You may then choose to be added to our waiting list.

We understand emergencies do happen and we will make exceptions.
